The Role
As the Technology Executive Manager (EL2), you’ll report directly to the COO and lead a small high-performing team. You’ll drive the Agency’s ICT strategy and delivery, ensuring stable, secure and innovative systems that enable world-class reporting and analytics.

This full-time position for up to 12-months, and a non-ongoing or temporary s26 transfer is available.

This position is based in Sydney CBD however remote working may be possible for the right person.

Key Duties

• Lead and mentor a technology team to deliver high-quality services and innovation.
• Oversee ICT strategy, budget, procurement and vendor management.
• Manage risk, compliance and cyber security across systems and platforms.
• Partner with executives to improve user experience and enhance productivity.
• Represent the Agency in cross-government forums and technology networks.

Skills and Experience

• Proven leadership in managing ICT services in a government environment.
• Strong background in security, risk and compliance management.
• Expertise in digital delivery, agile project management and ICT procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and ability to obtain/hold Baseline clearance.
• Salesforce experience (Service Cloud, integrations) highly desirable.
