What you bring:

• Experience in Managed Services / Service Delivery within an MSP (must-have)
• Proven ability to lead or mentor a team in an MSP
• Strong client-facing skills with confidence and gravitas
• Track record of delivering service excellence & managing client relationships
• Passion for team development, operational improvements & driving accountability
• Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills
• Must hold Australian Permanent Residency (minimum requirement)
• Commercial awareness (budgets, profitability, forecasting) desirable

This role is ideal for someone who has either already led a Managed Services team or is ready to step up from a Service Delivery/Team Lead position. You’ll be supported to succeed but trusted to operate with autonomy.
