Our client, a very large Federal Government Organisation, whose focus is on national security is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of digital delivery.

Duties of the Organisational Change Manager

• Provide short-term specialist support to projects as required;
• Support the rollout of the Business Readiness Dashboard, covering business, operational, and technical readiness;
• Assist in implementing solutions for identified gaps in the Operations Model, including workforce-related changes;
• Respond to project needs quickly, managing short-term assignments while contributing to long-term strategic outcomes.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven expertise in organisational change management methodologies in a Defence background required;
• Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, short-notice project environments;
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align change with business and technical readiness;
• Results-driven and has a focus on timely delivery and quality outcomes;
• Experienced in business readiness, change impact assessment, and change activity planning;
• High level of professional credibility and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
