We're looking for an experienced EL1 Change Manager to help deliver a major program that will simplify and harmonise complex legislation. This is a hands-on role leading change across policy, systems, and people.

Key responsibilities:

Apply a structured change framework and ensure readiness across the organisation

Coordinate change across policy, ICT, training, legal and communications streams

Identify and manage risks, define success measures, and track adoption

Support clear communication and training to build engagement and understanding

About you:

Proven experience delivering large-scale policy or legislative change

Skilled in recognised change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)

Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance competing priorities

Critical thinking, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure

Eligible for Baseline security clearance (sponsorship provided if required)

Contract details:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract to 30 June 2026, with possible 6-month extension

$80-$90 per hour + super (EL1 equivalent)

Flexible work options available; some interstate travel may be required
