Our client is a large Government organisation who are seeking Program Manager to join their team in Gungahlin

The Program Manager will lead the day to day delivery of a multi-stream ICT infrastructure refresh and strategic asset uplift program under the Investing in our Digital Future initiative. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-directorate efforts, managing vendor engagement, and ensuring alignment with Government frameworks and digital transformation priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of the ICT asset refresh initiative, including network, unified communications, servers, and storage upgrades.
   
2. Oversee ServiceNow discovery activities and service mapping POC, ensuring accurate and actionable asset data.
   
3. Coordinate development and implementation of the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and Asset Management Plans (AMPs) ensuring alignment with business case objectives.
   

Selection Criteria:

1. Extensive experience in leading complex ICT programs across infrastructure refresh, service mapping, and strategic asset uplift, preferably within government or large organisations.
   
2. Strong knowledge of financial, risk, schedule, and resource management, with demonstrated ability to manage multi-stream delivery and ensure alignment with approved business cases.
   
3. Experience in ServiceNow or similar platforms, particularly in discovery, asset data quality uplift, and service mapping.
   

On offer is a contract until 30th June 2026 at a highly sought after ACT Government organisation, with a highly competitive hourly rate.
