A large Federal Government Organisation, whose focus is on foreign signals intelligence, military operations, cyber warfare and information security are seeking the experience of a Service Delivery Manager.

About the role - Service Delivery Manager

Develop and implement continual improvement plans to ensure changing business needs are met.

Duties - Service Delivery Manager

• Provide end-to-end management or service delivery, whether delivered internally or externally, ensuring that agreed service levels, security requirements, documentation, and other quality standards are met.
• Monitor service delivery and collect/report performance data.
• Diagnose service delivery problems and initiate actions to maintain or improve levels of service.

Skills / Experience - Service Delivery Manager

• Experience in Defence.
• Experience managing the execution of business process improvements.
• Experience monitoring service delivery channels and collecting performance data.
