What Your Week Looks Like
Split focus: clinical work + team leadership

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based therapy to a varied NDIS caseload
• Support clients to build independence and achieve meaningful goals
• Lead and mentor a small Speech Pathology team
• Foster a high-performing, transparent, and respectful team culture
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to service development

What You’ll Bring

• SPA registration (CPSP)
• A passion for leadership and team development
• Ability to balance clinical and team priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Driver’s licence and reliable car for community visits
