Competitive Salary: Your salary will be in the range of $75,000 to $100,000 plus super depending on experience.

Car Usage Reimbursement: If you choose to work as a mobile therapist you will receive reimbursement for your car usage.
Duties:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' speech, language and swallowing.
Implement personalised and evidence-based intervention to adult and/or paediatric clients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, parents, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate and optimize intervention strategies.
Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals.
Offer guidance and support to clients and their families, educating them on effective strategies and techniques for continued improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about advancements in the field of speech pathology, attending professional development activities and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
A valid driver's license.
Membership in the Speech Pathology Association (SPA) or a willingness to obtain membership.
