Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small team of speech pathologists, providing clinical guidance, and support.
Manage your own limited caseload of paediatric clients.
Oversee client allocation, ensuring equitable distribution of cases among team members.
Conduct regular team meetings and professional development sessions.
Ensure clients receive planned, personalised interventions, meeting best-practice standards.
Collaborate with families, educators, health professionals, and stakeholders.
Uphold clinical documentation and reporting standards in line with departmental policies.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and participate in audits, service reviews, and feedback initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech Pathology; eligible for ASHA/SPA (or equivalent) membership.
Experience: At least 3 years of clinical practice, including leadership, supervision, or mentorship experience.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Excellent time‑management, organisational, and communication skills.
Clinical expertise across a range of speech‑language disorders.
A commitment to supervising and supporting team development.
