Waster.com.au helps Australian businesses save money and recycle more through flexible, transparent waste and recycling services. We’re looking for a Customer Service / Office All-Rounder to join our Arndell Park office.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys talking to customers on the phone, and takes pride in providing accurate, professional support through calls and emails.

🧠 About the Role

This is a hands-on role combining customer service and administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling queries over the phone and by email. Attention to detail is critical — whether it’s logging bookings correctly, following established processes, or ensuring written communication is clear and professional.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly

Draft professional, accurate emails to customers and suppliers

Investigate and resolve service issues with care and attention to detail

Manage bookings, service changes, and new customer onboarding

Keep CRM and scheduling records accurate and up to date (HubSpot, Wastedge, Google Workspace)

Follow established processes to ensure consistency and reliability

Support office administration and assist team members when needed

Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Has excellent attention to detail and values accuracy

Works well with processes and enjoys following structured systems

Is organised, reliable, and proactive in solving problems

Is confident using computers, CRMs, and cloud-based tools
