Our customer, is one of the largest Bathroom and Kitchen products retailer, with showrooms and warehouses located in North Rocks. Their business spans NSW, VIC, QLD, and Auckland. For the past 14 years, they have been serving a diverse clientele including end customers, builders, plumbers, designers, and construction companies. They are currently hiring an CS / After Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing customer needs and resolving issues that arise after purchasing products. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist walk-in customers seeking after-sales support, answer after-sales calls, and promptly respond to emails to ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely manner.
• Handle inquiries related to product returns, exchanges, and warranties, providing efficient and professional solutions.
• Maintain and manage accurate records of warranty claims and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams to coordinate and facilitate seamless after-sales services.
• Assist the After-Sales Manager in developing and optimizing after-sales processes and policies to improve overall service efficiency.
• During peak periods for the sales team, provide backup support by assisting customers and addressing basic inquiries to enhance the overall customer service experience (without carrying sales targets).
Skills & Requirements:
▪ Previous experience in an after-sales, customer service, or call center role is preferred.
▪ Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
▪ Capable of working under high-pressure conditions.
▪ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
▪ Exceptional organizational skills, with a preference for structured work and effective time and task management.
▪ Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
