QSMC is a well-established, multi-disciplinary physiotherapy, medical and health practice. We're seeking a motivated full-time receptionist to join our team.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the healthcare administration sector. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.

We're looking for a team member who has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Our two clinics are located in the convenient Brisbane locations of Woolloongabba and Bowen Hills.

You would be joining a team of very friendly and knowledgeable medical professionals, as well as a fun and supportive admin team.

We're inviting applicants with the following skills to apply:

Excellent customer service skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g. Google Suite).

A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general enquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Schedule and confirm appointments, manage cancellations and reschedules efficiently, and maintain accurate records.

General administration support including maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the reception and treatment areas.

Process client payments and health fund claims.

Liaise effectively with practitioners, other clinic staff, and third party providers.

Assist with general clinic operations as required, including ordering medical and office supplies and maintaining equipment.
