The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our thriving clinic on a full-time basis.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:

Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.

Schedule appointments and handle phone and email enquiries.

Process payments and manage health fund claims via HICAPS.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless clinic operations.

About You

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

Has minimum 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare or reception role with experience using medical practice management software (advantageous).

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.

Demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Is proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new software.
