The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our professional team in Burleigh Heads. This is a full-time position.

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face and the organisational backbone of our practice, ensuring every patient experience runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Proven experience as a dental receptionist

Impeccable presentation and communication skills

A proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility

The ability to stay composed, organised, and efficient under pressure

A collaborative spirit with the confidence to take initiative

Experience with Praktika or Dental 4 Windows software use an advantage.

Your Day-to-Day

Engaging with patients in person, over the phone, and via email with genuine professionalism

Managing appointment scheduling, lab coordination, deposits, and payments

Processing HICAPS and EFTPOS transactions efficiently

Supporting clinicians and advocating for our services

Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
