About the role
Our luxury escort agency, Luxe Escorts, is seeking a proactive and self-reliant Receptionist (booking operator) to join our team in Brisbane. This position focuses on responding to client's booking enquiries, organising and coordinating bookings with our models, managing models, managing client relationships, and maintaining client and booking database systems.

What you'll be doing

Managing models shifts, relations and monitoring their work effort.

Organising and managing bookings with clients and models to ensure a seamless experience.

Creating and maintaining efficient client database management processes.

Delivering exceptional customer service tailored to a high-calibre clientele.

Handling client inquiries professionally via phone, messages, email, and other channels.

Coordinating booking details with models to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Building a friendly/motherly yet professional and authoritarian relationship with the models.

Doing everything possible when booking enquiries are low to obtain bookings for the models.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or booking management role

Experience as a receptionist in the sex industry (Brothel, Escort Agency, Strip clubs) is preferred but not necessary.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Someone with excellent multitasking skills who can be quick and efficient.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Someone proactive and able to work autonomously without wasting time during shift.

Valid driver’s licence and access to a car (preferred).

Reliable, trustworthy and professional.

Someone who can handle sensitive sexual enquiries from clients.

Someone who can handle and deal with drama and gossips professionally.

Someone who can resolve conflicts between models without getting emotionally involved.

Someone who is good with people, capable of having a motherly and supportive rapport with our models while being professional and adhering to the company rules and targets.

$29AUD/HR (day & night shifts)

3% additional bookings commission on top of hourly rate

Day shifts and night shifts schedule options

Full time and Part time options (subcontractor work agreement)
