About the Role

Based in our Bundall head office, this is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll oversee a talented marketing team and work collaboratively across multiple brands, ensuring cohesive messaging, strong brand presence, and measurable results across all channels.

This is a full-time, in-house position (Monday to Friday) — perfect for someone who loves being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop an in-house marketing team.
• Oversee Social Media platforms and Meta Marketing Campaigns, ensuring consistent brand voice, audience engagement, and performance optimisation.
• Develop, implement, and refine social media procedures and best practices across all brands.
• Oversee the WordPress and web development team — managing updates, design, and user experience across multiple brand websites.
• Manage and optimise SEO and Google Ad campaigns, working closely with internal and external SEO partners.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to build brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
• Oversee email marketing, digital content, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate pool show setups, marketing activations, and brand events.
• Oversee and coordinate all design and creative output — including the updating and production of brochures, flyers, posters, digital assets, and marketing materials across all brands.
• Analyse campaign data and provide insights and reporting on performance.
• Maintain brand consistency and excellence across all marketing materials and channels.
• Stay across emerging technologies, AI-driven marketing tools, and digital trends to ensure our brands remain innovative and ahead of the curve.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager, ideally across multiple brands or divisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, Meta Campaign Management, WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Must have strong knowledge of AI in marketing and the ability to stay on top of evolving digital trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and brand identity.
• Comfortable working both strategically and operationally — rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded):

• Experience in web development oversight (HTML, CSS, Elementor).
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Event coordination or trade show experience.
