The Company:
Our client are market-leaders and hold a strong reputation for delivering excellence within the residential BTR space. Privately-owned, and prominent in the industry, they are seeking a proactive, and experienced marketing professional to join this passionate marketing team in Brisbane.

The Role:
As the marketing manager you will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaign strategies, including identifying tactics to build brand awareness, understanding of the local market and reporting regularly to stakeholders on proposed and outcomes of marketing initiatives and activities.

Reporting directly to the General Manager - Marketing, the marketing manager will ensure campaigns are financially feasible and in line with budget requirements, and undertake continuous market research, reporting and analysis to develop strong marketing plans and reviews.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary/degree qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency with CMS, marketing platforms, analytics and bespoke systems, SEO and SEM
• Ability to converse and lead agencies with regard performance requirements and campaigns
• Keen Learner, strong communication skills, driven and hard-working
