As our Marketing & Growth Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the commercialisation of our products ensuring the achievement of revenue and GP budgets across all business lines (Retail, Wholesale and eCommerce) in Australia and New Zealand. A key aspect of the role will be managing our marketing efforts to create a unified aesthetic and tone to our brand and managing our Sales team for a seamless execution.

What you'll bring:

3+ years of marketing management experience in B2B markets in the Building Industry

Proven track record in managing cross-channel marketing campaigns (retail, wholesale, eCommerce)

Experience leading and developing sales teams

Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management and forecasting

A hands-on approach to jump from strategy to execution seamlessly

Essential qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Professional marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM) would be advantageous

Technical requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills essential)

Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms

Strong project management skills with relevant software experience

Essential requirements:

Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia

Valid Australian driver's licence required for client visits and team management

Industry experience:

Background in B2B and B2C marketing preferred

Experience managing Australia and New Zealand markets would be advantageous

Understanding of multi-channel marketing and distribution strategies (Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce)
