We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead a team and drive innovative marketing across a growing automotive businesses. You'll work closely with senior leadership to deliver integrated campaigns that engage customers, strengthen brands, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, including designers and social media coordinators.
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create campaigns that deliver measurable results on time and within budget.
• Champion digital marketing best practices across CRM, social media, PPC, email, and website platforms.
• Maintain and enhance marketing assets and explore new platforms to grow engagement and sales.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to recommend innovative strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience in multi-brand, retail or automotive marketing, with team leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across the business.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign reporting, and analytics.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to build lasting relationships.
