We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing activities for a group of several specialised mental health services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, strategic, and execution-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution – Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that align with organisational goals.
Digital Advertising – Manage digital marketing, including website content, SEO/SEM, analytics, and social media presence
Graphic Design – Create high-quality marketing collateral and communications tailored to diverse audiences
Engagement Initiatives – Oversee event planning, sponsorships, and professional engagement opportunities
Performance Analysis – Monitor basic campaign impact and foot traffic, and report on marketing performance, using insights to refine strategies Brand Leadership - Lead brand positioning, campaign development, and communications across multiple services
Collaboration – Manage external agencies and suppliers as required to deliver on marketing objectives

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience

Minimum 2 years healthcare experience

Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies

Demonstrated success in digital marketing and data-driven decision making

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders

Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities

Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
