About the Role

This is a field-based role, managing a diverse range of clients in the Central and Eastern Melbourne region. There will be travel involved as you move between sites on a day-to-day basis to achieve your KPI's, manage service quality and control your site budgets. Your primary objective will be to exceed client expectations, achieved through training of staff, quality audits, and developing lasting client relationships. To achieve this, you will be provided with comprehensive training, a car allowance, laptop and mobile. A valid Australian driver's licence is essential for this field-based position.

About you

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader who excels at building and nurturing relationships with clients and staff.

A minimum of 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience is required.

Experience in the cleaning space is preferred but not essential.

Strong time management and computer skills are essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Keen eye for detail.
