Senior Property Manager
Cranbourne Office - Up to 80K + Super

Work in our modern, clean and well run office in Cranbourne. Taking over a new portfolio of approx 160 properties, you will join a well run team of 15+ staff and one of the best boutique brands in the industry to work for!

Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, with no scheduled weekends. Parking Provided free on site. Flexibility is offered.

Career progression is available into more advanced roles for those who have the skills and attitude. Growing agency.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~160 properties, all residential, mostly newer builds and close to the office
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with some admin support
- Leasing as required

- 1st Year Salary of up to $80,000 + Super, dependent on experience (if you have managed your own portfolio before and for how long etc)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience, end to end
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
