Hays Recruitment has partnered with a leading service provider who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced cleaning supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

There are currently 2 opportunities for a PM supervisor and a nightshift supervisor, both located in Franskton.

Your new role

Duties will include:

• Manage a team of cleaners providing leadership and support
• Assign tasks and schedules ensuring smooth daily operations
• Handle any issues or escalations that arise from employees or clients
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Must have previous experience managing a large team in a healthcare setting.
• Must be flexible
• Experience using cleaning machines, buffers etc.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good IT skills
• Understanding of health and safety standards in cleaning operations
• Hard work and a great work ethic and attitude
• Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
• National police check, working with children check, COVID vaccination & Flu vaccination.
