About the Role

You’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our patients — welcoming them, handling bookings and payments, and keeping our clinics running smoothly.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, is calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating an organised and professional front desk environment.

You can work permanent part-time or full-time across our clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist all patients in a warm, professional manner

Manage phone and email enquiries efficiently

Handle patient bookings, cancellations, and payments

Support our practitioners with daily clinic operations

Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area

Manage administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, and updating patient records

Provide information about our range of services

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or admin role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Confidence using practice management software and Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

A caring, team-focused attitude

Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting (preferred but not essential)
