🧰 The Role

You’ll be leading day-to-day roofing operations across Toowoomba and surrounding regions.
From setting up jobs to coordinating the crew and maintaining site quality, this role suits someone who takes pride in running a tight, safe, and efficient site.

In this role, you will:

Oversee and coordinate roof replacements and repairs (Colorbond, tile-to-metal, insurance works, etc.)

Lead small teams on-site, planning, delegating, and ensuring safety standards are met

Liaise with Project Managers and Construction Managers on scheduling and materials

Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to high workmanship standards

Conduct final inspections and sign-offs before handover

Represent the company professionally with homeowners, assessors, and builders

You know roofing, but more importantly, you know how to bring people together to get the job done right.

You’ll bring:

Proven roofing experience (ideally metal roofing or insurance works)

Strong leadership and communication skills that keep the crew moving

Solid understanding of safety and compliance on-site

Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail

A current driver’s licence and White Card (Working at Heights preferred)

Reliability, initiative, and a good sense of humour. No egos, just teamwork.
