Your Role

You will be a key part of the team responsible for delivering all formwork components on various commercial sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting structural drawings and plans.

Erecting, stripping, and dismantling formwork systems for various concrete structures.

Constructing detailed formwork for structures such as columns, suspended slabs (including soffits, beams, and set-downs), walls, and stairs.

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Working collaboratively within a team environment to meet project deadlines.

A minimum of 5+ years of formwork carpentry experience is essential for this role.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

For Leading Hand applicants, you will also be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring a small team of carpenters and labourers on site.

A minimum of 3+ years of team leadership experience is required for Leading Hand positions.

Coordinating daily tasks and workflow to ensure program targets are met.

Acting as the key point of contact between your crew and the site supervisor.

Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all WHS requirements.
