About the opportunity

We’re scaling and looking for a proven Metal Roofing Supervisor to take ownership of multiple crews and deliver safe, high-quality results on time and to spec. You’ll run the day-to-day site operations, lift team performance, and be the calm, solutions-focused leader that the team and clients trust.

What you’ll lead

Plan and run daily site operations, pre-starts, and toolbox talks

Set sequencing and crew allocations to hit program milestones

Drive zero-harm culture: enforce SWMS, conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with NCC and codes of practice

Oversee installation of roofing, cladding, flashings, penetrations, and rainwater goods to spec

Verify QA: set-out checks, fixings, sheet alignment, finishing details, and sign-offs

Coordinate with builders, other trades, and suppliers to resolve clashes and keep materials flowing

Track progress, variations, and timesheets; maintain site records, photos, and ITPs

Mentor leading hands and installers, lift standards, and close skill gaps

Handovers and defect-free practical completion

What you bring

10+ years in metal roofing

Deep knowledge of Colorbond and similar systems: standing seam, snaplock, Kliplok, custom flashings, facade cladding

Strong program management, reading drawings, and setting out

Safety-first mindset with clean documentation habits

Confident communicator who builds trust with clients and crews

Driver’s licence and White Card
