About the Role:

Due to strong client demand and a growing workload across multiple projects, we’re seeking skilled Formwork Carpenters, Leading Hands, Patchers and Labourers to join our crew.

Projects cover all aspects of formwork: suspended slabs, columns, in-situ walls, capping beams, and stairs. Experience with PERI Skydeck, Gridflex, or similar systems is highly regarded.

Solid team players with strong attention to detail

Works well in a crew and aims to deliver the best for Built By Short and our clients

Driven to go above and beyond to achieve top-tier results and take pride in exceeding expectations

Strong commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant worksite

Leading Hands with 2 years or more experience in the role.

White Card (Construction Induction)

Own transport

Basic hand tools
