The Group

We are dynamic multi-site operators with a rapidly expanding portfolio of locations across Victoria & Queensland and are looking for a high achiever to join our leadership team. Our current high performing clubs include Balaclava & Box Hill in VIC and Mackay in QLD with 2-3 new club openings expected in 2026. Our group has a focus on exceptional performance to deliver the highest quality clubs and fitness experience to our members. Within less than three years we have achieved recognition as standing among the top performing clubs in Australia, with multiple nominations including Club of the Year, and Franchisee of the Year, and consistently ranking at the top of the sales leaderboards from a regional, state and national level.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing the performance and operations of 3 existing clubs and Club Managers

• People & community-first leader driven by results

• Implementing standardised processes & systems across clubs

• Streamline communication within the group

• Training and Development of Club Managers

• Drive success and sales against KPIs for all Club Managers

• Lead the success of new club openings

• Promotion & partnerships within the local community

• Driving marketing and advertising campaigns

• Uphold AFA Safety & OH&S Benchmarks

Successful candidate will need:

• Excellent leadership skills

• Self-motivation, willingness to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally

• Adaptability & initiative

• Proactive – offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the Owners

• Multi-site & Management experience desired

• Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others

• Previous sales skills and experience are essential

Experience/Knowledge/Qualification:

• First Aid/CPR/WWCC | Essential

• Fitness Industry experience / qualifications desired not essential

• Permanent rights to work in Australia preferred.
