We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Regional Manager – Melbourne Metro North & Regional Victoria to provide operational and people leadership during a period of parental leave cover. This is a temporary full-time position for 12 months, based at Campbellfield, leading a dedicated and professional team who live out NPT’s HEART values — High Standards, Efficiency, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.

About the Role

The Regional Manager oversees the delivery of safe, compliant, and efficient Non-Emergency Patient Transport services across Melbourne’s northern corridor and regional Victorian branches. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting branch and operational teams to achieve service excellence

Ensuring compliance with NEPT Regulations 2016 and Clinical Practice Protocols 2024

Driving a positive and high-performance culture aligned to NPT’s HEART values

Overseeing workforce planning, safety, and clinical governance within the region

Collaborating across departments to strengthen operational consistency and efficiency

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on people leadership, making it ideal for a dynamic operational leader who thrives in a clinical transport environment.

About You

You’ll be a confident and collaborative leader with:

A minimum qualification of a Diploma of Emergency Health Care (or equivalent)

Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or operational environment (preferably NEPT or healthcare sector)

Strong understanding of workforce management, safety, and compliance standards

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence diverse teams

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
