The Opportunity

As Regional Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a portfolio of seven early learning centres across Melbourne — with more to come.

You’ll play a pivotal role in:

Coaching and empowering Campus Managers to deliver high-quality programs and exceptional family experiences.

Championing culture and values, creating environments where people feel supported, connected, and motivated to give their best.

Driving improvement and transformation, supporting centres to strengthen practice, stabilise operations, and move confidently along their pathway to Exceeding the National Quality Standard (NQS).

Leading new service start-ups and set-ups, helping to build thriving teams and launch new environments that set the standard for quality and innovation.

Delivering strong commercial outcomes — driving occupancy, managing resources effectively, and ensuring sustainable growth.

The successful candidate:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Regional or Area Manager in the early childhood sector.

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent).

Deep understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements.

Proven track record of leading centre improvement journeys and guiding services to achieve Meeting and Exceeding ratings.

Strong commercial acumen: experienced in managing budgets, driving occupancy, analysing performance data, and ensuring operational excellence.

A people-first mindset: you’re approachable, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about supporting others to succeed.

A growth mindset, adaptability, and drive for continuous improvement.

Current WWCC, National Police Check, and First Aid certification.
