We’re on the hunt for a driven Regional Manager (VIC Region) to join our leadership team and make a real impact across our network.

The Role

As Regional Manager, you’ll oversee five existing clubs plus three new launches across Melbourne’s South East and North West.

You’ll be accountable for performance, growth, and culture, ensuring every club meets its KPIs while inspiring and developing your managers to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving membership growth and sales across your region

• Coaching, developing, and motivating Club Managers to excel

• Delivering an outstanding member experience in line with AF’s BELONG values

• Leading marketing initiatives to attract and retain members

• Overseeing compliance, safety, and operational excellence

About You

We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You bring:

• Proven experience leading multiple sites, clubs, or teams

• A strong track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs

• Outstanding leadership and coaching ability

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

• A passion for fitness and building high-performing cultures
