RECEPTIONIST - MEDICAL CLINIC

Facelove Medispa is seeking a casual receptionist to join our team in St Kilda. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while ensuring client interactions are positive and uplifting. Our front desk staff are the face and voice behind the clinic & represent our business and providers. You will be the first impression of our luxury focussed brand and an integral part of our team. Essential skills and experience required:

Receptionist experience preferred.

Well-presented and punctual with high level of attention to detail.

Excellent phone manner and communication skills

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.

The ability to cover extra shifts if staff are ill or on leave.

The ability to identify and deal with issues pro-actively

A problem solver and quick thinker.

Demonstrate knowledge with MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Knowledge of Shortcuts Salon Booking system preferred but not necessary.

Attitude is very important to us – a positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential

Duties Include:

Manage reception area through direction of the Practice Manager.

Comply with all COVID-19 regulations and procedures.

Schedule patient appointments

Answering phone calls and queries

Greeting of patients

Processing payments

General stocktake/housekeeping duties as per company standards.

Opening and closing the clinic

Administrative support when required

Be on call for sick relief

Work the holidays of the Manager (approx. 4 weeks of the year)

Flexibility to work 2 Saturdays a month

Hours: Approx 24 hours per week

Salary: $27 to $28 per hour depending on experience
