We're partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage in Sydney CBD to recruit a Claims Administrator to support their broking team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced brokers, gain hands-on exposure to a broad portfolio, and develop your career within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role:

  • Provide administrative and claims support to Account Executives and Senior Brokers.
  • Assist with preparing quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation.
  • Liaise with insurers, clients, and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date client files and compliance records.
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide a high standard of service.
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of commercial insurance products and learn the end-to-end broking process.

About You:

• 0–2 years’ experience in a claims, broking, or underwriting role – entry-level candidates with a strong interest in insurance are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in domestic or personal lines will be highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing competing priorities.
• Interest in developing a long-term career and progressing into a broking role in the future.
