What the Role Looks Like

As one of our Customer & Service Support Stars, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for clients needing help with their gates garage doors and access systems, You’ll make sure every customer feels valued and supported, whether you’re booking in a service, answering questions, or coordinating with our technicians. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while also making a real difference to our customers’ day.

What You’ll Do

Take customer calls and gather the right information to book jobs quickly and accurately

Provide friendly support and clear communication to keep clients informed

Work with technicians to coordinate service, repairs, and installations

Handle questions or concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
