We are seeking a dedicated and organized administration / reception superstar for an immediate start, to join our team in the Maitland area.

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role you will provide essential administrative, reception and clerical support to our busy repair workshop, ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.
Your day-to-day will include:
· Providing exceptional customer service to telephone enquiries, vehicle
Handover & customer enquiries.
· Processing invoices, Credits, assisting with Accounts and End of Month
Reconciliation.
· Supporting field staff and management to meet operational KPIs
· Preparation of Assessments, Job Sheets, Production Reports and vehicle handover
· Maintaining office supplies and documentation
· Managing Assessment & Repair bookings and logging accurate job details
· Contributing to a positive team culture while working independently

The Essentials :
· Proven experience in administration, ideally within the automotive industry
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), Xero, iBody and Car
Insurance Portals.
· Strong organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise
tasks and meet deadlines, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to
detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· A positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to a fast paced work environment.
· Friendly, professional, and committed to confidentiality
