For over 25 years we have supported Australian DJs and Performers. We are a growing business in the world of DJ equipment and stage lighting, working with schools, government departments and the likes. We currently have 7 stores in 4 states, and we are looking to expand. Your role will be to support the online sales support team as we take the company to the next level.

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in sales or customer support.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.

Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.

Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions.

Proven ability to analyse information quickly and to problem solve and think strategically, position and formulate appropriate recommendations

.Ability to seek ways to improve external and internal customer satisfaction on a continual basis.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite & Google SuiteAbility to work as part of a group working toward solutions.

Experience with stock inventory management and CRM.

Experience within the Audio Visual industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

Answering and following up emails.

Processing quotes, sales, and customer returns in a timely manner.

Maintaining customer databases.

Liaising between customers and our warehouse and service departments.

Managing customers' requests.

Collaborate across various departments to ensure a high level of customer service is achieved.

Providing support to our sales & management team members
