As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing queries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider customer service and operations teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal systems
Maintain customer records and ensure data is up to date
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve customer issues
Monitor and follow up on open cases and customer complaints to ensure resolution
What You’ll Bring
Working customer service experience in a similar role.
Experience in administration with exceptional attention to detail.
Professional phone manner and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Cin7 Core or similar ERP systems, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritise your work load.
Positive, helpful attitude with a commitment to contributing to a supportive team culture
