We’re opening a brand new cafe in Cronulla and looking for a gun Cafe Manager to bring it to life.

If you’ve got serious cafe experience, a love for great coffee and people, and the drive to build something special from the ground up, this is your chance.

You’ll work closely with our Kitchen Manager to lead the team, set the standard, and create a space locals will love.

What you’ll do:

Oversee daily café operations with care and attention to detail

Collaborate closely with the Kitchen Manager to deliver seamless service

Lead, train, and inspire your front-of-house team

Manage rostering, stock orders, and supplier relationships

Maintain exceptional standards in presentation, cleanliness, and customer care

Bring ideas, energy, and initiative to continuously improve the cafe

About you:

You love the cafe environment early mornings, good food, great coffee, and connection

You treat the business like your own and take pride in its success

You’re experienced (2+ years in cafe or hospitality management) and confident leading a team

You’re organised, reliable, and thrive under pressure

You value teamwork and communication especially between front and back of house
