We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our B2B Commercial Cleaning category.
If you’re a natural relationship builder who thrives on uncovering opportunities, creating solutions, and achieving results, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial cleaning, hygiene, and facility services sectors.

Build long-term partnerships with facility managers, procurement teams, and cleaning contractors.

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and nurture key accounts for long-term success.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to position our cleaning solutions effectively in the market.

Represent Clark Rubber at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Deliver results that drive B2B growth and strengthen our brand presence.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years’ B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within commercial cleaning, janitorial, hygiene, or industrial products.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.

Strong network in facilities management, cleaning contractors, or procurement.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Knowledge of WHS standards or cleaning compliance (preferred but not essential).

Skills & Attributes

Customer-focused with exceptional relationship-building skills.

Highly organised and detail oriented.

Analytical, data-driven thinker who uses insights to drive decisions.

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and customer management systems.
