The Role
Support the Cellar Door Manager in daily operations, lead staff, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. This hands-on role combines customer service, sales, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team and support the Manager across a 20–25 hr/week roster

Drive wine sales and Cherry Club memberships

Conduct tastings for individuals, groups, and trade visitors

Coordinate events and functions from enquiry to completion

Assist with training, stock control, and ordering

Support sales strategy implementation

About You

2–3 years’ hospitality experience + current RSA

Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Passionate about wine, service, and sales

Organised, reliable, and self-motivated

Event management experience desirable

Comfortable with POS, Now Book It, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
