Restaurant Manager (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, hire and train qualified staff, and maintain high food standards. The manager will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. With professionalism and a positive attitude, you will contribute to the growth and popularity of our restaurant and support the long-term success of our employees.

Objectives of this role

Oversee restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow

Maintain a positive restaurant culture

Create staff schedules that align with the restaurant’s needs

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Train new employees to meet the restaurant’s standards

Interact with diners and build positive rapport

Responsibilities

Supervise waitstaff, providing feedback and support

Write daily reports on revenue and costs

Communicate with diners and resolve potential conflicts

Manage stock and supplies

Skills & Qualifications

Proven work experience in a restaurant management role

Strong customer service and leadership skills

Understanding of financial management and reporting

Familiarity with restaurant management systems

Willingness to work flexible hours

Preferred

Formal Expirence in Hospitality Management on Floor

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Knowledge of current food and beverage trends
