Balhannah Hotel

The Balhannah Hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations and has an exciting opportunity for either a fulltime or casual Duty Manager to join their management team.

We are looking for a team member that is focussed on customer service excellence and can demonstrate leadership qualities.

Applicants that can demonstrate the following attributes are recommended to apply

Excellent customer service standards

Ability to set and maintain high work and venue presentation standards

Have strong food and beverage knowledge

A genuine passion for the hospitality industry

Current RSA & Gaming Certification

Experience with Retail Service

Current First Aid Training

Operating TAB, KENO

Stock handling

Answering phone calls and using the reservation system

Till balancing

The successful applicant will be required to work across all operational areas and have the flexibility to be rostered over a 7 day week.

The Balhannah Hotel comprises of a 70 seat Restaurant, Gaming Room with 19 gaming machines, Front Bar with TAB, Liquor Legends Bottleshop, outdoor dining and function space.

The role reports to the Balhannah Hotel Manager
