Cellar Door & Retail Coordinator – Artisan Cheese (Woodside, Adelaide Hills)

We’re looking for a driven, engaging, and sales-focused Cellar Door & Retail Coordinator to run our Woodside cellar door. The role is Monday–Friday, with some flexibility to cover weekends on a rostered basis.

What you’ll do:

Welcome customers, run tastings & share your passion for artisan cheese

Drive sales and achieve targets (bonus structures available)

Keep the cellar door looking beautiful and well-stocked

Support events, promotions & occasional weekend festivals

What we’re looking for:

Hospitality, retail, or cellar door experience (food/wine/cheese preferred)

Confident communicator with a friendly, engaging style

Sales-focused and proactive – you’ll love closing the sale

Ability to work independently & be hands-on in a small team
