We’re seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Associate to provide direct support to a high-performing agent and team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from the best, gain hands-on experience across all aspects of real estate sales, and fast-track your success in the industry.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with your lead agent to ensure every campaign runs smoothly and every client receives the premium Belle Property experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with client and buyer management, attending open homes and inspections

Making outbound calls to potential buyers and clients

Prospecting and generating new listing opportunities

Maintaining and updating your agent’s database

Attending appraisals and listing appointments

Coordinating end-to-end sales campaigns and ensuring deadlines are met

Meeting personal and team KPIs

Participating in regular coaching, training, and team development sessions

About You

You’re a confident communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are hungry to achieve results. You’ll bring:

Previous experience in real estate (essential)

Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and driver’s license

Strong administration and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanor
