🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

Support agents with sales campaigns, open homes and buyer follow-ups

Prepare property marketing materials and sales documentation

Coordinate appointments, inspections and manage enquiry follow-ups

Provide excellent service to buyers, sellers, and our internal team

Maintain CRM systems and assist with day-to-day sales administration

🧠 About You:

A strong interest in property and customer service

Exceptional communication and organisational skills

Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn

Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
