About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines sales support with agent services assistance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment, enjoys client interaction, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The role provides a balance of client-facing sales activity and behind-the-scenes operational support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Associate Duties:
Assist with prospecting, lead follow-up, and client relationship management
Support open homes, private inspections, and buyer call-backs
Prepare comparative market analyses and assist in creating listing presentations
Manage client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
Contribute to marketing initiatives, including property campaigns and social media activity
Team Assistant / Agent Services Duties:
Provide day-to-day support to agents and the wider sales team
Coordinate property listing administration including signage, photography, floorplans, and copywriting
Liaise with solicitors, vendors, and buyers to ensure smooth transactions
Assist with contract preparation, compliance documentation, and settlement processes
Manage office systems, scheduling, and general administration to keep operations running efficiently
Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
A proactive problem-solver with a positive, professional attitude
Team player with the ability to work independently when required
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in real estate sales, property administration, or a related field preferred
Current real estate certificate of registration or license (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
