The Position:

As Sales Associate, you'll work side by side with a top-selling agent and gain hands-on experience across every stage of the sales process:

• Prospecting, cold and warm calling, door knocking, and letter drops
• Attending open homes and auctions
• Coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns
• Managing buyer enquiries and relationships
• Assisting with appraisals, vendor meetings, and negotiations
• Overseeing the sales process from listing through to settlement
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, buyers, photographers, and trades
• Database management and general admin duties as required

The Person:

• Real estate experience is essential
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• A driven, self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Inner West market and demographic (preferred)
• Eager to learn, grow, and become a future leader in the industry
