We’re looking for a Sales Associate who’s ready to build a long-term career in property sales. You’ll be working alongside some of the top-ranked agents in the Northern Beaches, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Sales experience is desirable, but personality is key. We want someone who is:

Driven, outgoing, and confident

Excellent at building relationships and networking

Passionate about people and property

Ideally residing in or familiar with the Northern Beaches

Looking to grow into a successful career in real estate

Real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential. We value attitude, professionalism, and potential above all.

Requirements

Driver’s license and own vehicle

Certificate of Registration (Certificate IV in Real Estate)

Availability to work Saturdays (5-day work week; with one weekday off plus Sunday)

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting senior agents with property listings, inspections, and client communications

Conducting open homes and assisting buyers and sellers

Building your own network and client base – with commission earned on successful sales

Learning the ins and outs of property sales with real career progression
