Requirement:

Resides locally or in surrounding suburbs.

Holding current Certificate of Registration or be willing to obtain one

Previous Real Estate experience is desirable but not essential

Job role

Assisting in developing marketing materials

Handling buyer enquiries and conducting follow-ups

Conducting pre-settlement inspections

Supporting agents with pre- and post-appraisal follow-ups

Networking.

Assisting with open homes and property inspections

Database management.

Assisting with home appraisals.

Assisting with listing properties for sale; and

General administration.
